What it does
You enter your gross pay, your net take-home, and the hours those cover. True Wage subtracts the taxes, benefits, and other deductions between the two, then turns what's left into an hourly rate.
How it works
Your effective hourly rate is net pay divided by hours worked. We also show total deductions and what share of gross they eat up, so the number has context instead of floating in the void.
Limitations
This is a rough tool, not tax advice. Everything between gross and net sits in one deductions bucket. Treat it as a quick reality check, not a payroll breakdown.
